I designed this flyer to promote the Patient & Client Council’s free, independent advocacy service, aiming to make support feel accessible and reassuring. The purple and white palette creates a calm, professional tone, while the testimonial quotes add a personal touch that highlights real experiences of care and understanding.
I structured the layout to prioritise clarity, placing the Freephone number and contact details prominently for quick access. The message encourages people to reach out, whether for direct help or to be connected with someone who can assist.
This design reflects my commitment to empathetic communication, ensuring that vital services are presented with warmth, trust, and simplicity. The flyer was used across health centres, community hubs, and online platforms to raise awareness of PCC’s advocacy service and support individuals seeking guidance.
