Moyle Migrations
In my design work for Moyle Migrations, I aimed to capture the essence of a community’s journey through time. This booklet serves as the culmination of the “Who Do You Think You Are?” programme, exploring the deep-rooted identity and heritage of Rathlin, Ballycastle, and the Glens.
The content weaves together personal case studies, DNA ancestry results, and local oral histories to illuminate the diverse experiences that have shaped these Northern Irish communities. From Bronze Age genetic markers to moving tales of migration and familial discovery, the book celebrates both local traditions and international links.
My design prioritizes these poignant human narratives, providing a meaningful visual home for these uncovered family histories.
