I designed this publication to honour the story and spirit of Monea Chapel, shaping a visual narrative that feels both grounded and reverent. My approach focused on clarity, warmth, and a quiet sense of place, balancing archival material, contemporary photography, and thoughtful typography.
The book traces the chapel’s history, its architectural evolution, and the community that has sustained it across generations. Through careful layout and considered pacing, I aimed to create a reading experience that feels reflective and intimate, allowing the chapel’s character to emerge naturally. This project represents my commitment to design that preserves memory while inviting readers into a deeper connection with the subject.
